This spacious condo overlooks both the protected beach and the marina with direct access to the beach.

Being on the top floor, a continuous cooling ocean breeze flows through all rooms.

Direct access from the Family Room or the Primary Bedroom.

This deck overlooks rhe beach and provides direct beach access.

The BBQ is located on this deck.

The Marina Deck

The Marina Deck is covered and provides an excellent view of the Port St Charles marina. Watch the boats come and go.

Direct private access is from the Second Bedroom.
